Our client is an integrated service provider that requires a Quantity Surveyor looking to make the next step in their career with a company that will provide full training and support in the industry.

Salary:  £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Location:  London
Contract Type:  Permanent

Your new role

This role is a great opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor looking to make the next step in their career with a company that will provide full training and support in the industry.

In short you will:

  • Analyse Data and create reports
  • Process and monitoring of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
  • Assist with Final accounts and targets
  • Manage Subcontract applications and invoices
  • Assist in dispute resolution and collaborative working with clients
  • Assist the commercial team with monthly applications and payments
  • Estimate and cost projects for the client.

About you

Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.

Furthermore, you should have:

  • Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification or working towards, (experience and time served rather than formal qualifications will be considered)
  • Some knowledge on NEC 4
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Commercial Management works on site
  • Strong IT skills
  • Effective communication skills
