Mechanical Engineer – Water Sector (3)
Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help support on the Detailed Design phase of multiple clean and wastewater projects on the Yorkshire Water, Thames Water and Severn Trent Water frameworks
- Job Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
- Salary/Rate: £400-£450 / day inside IR35
- Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)
Our client is a reputable Design & Build Contractor looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help support on the Detailed Design phase of multiple clean and wastewater projects on the Yorkshire Water, Thames Water and Severn Trent Water frameworks.
About the Role:
- Mechanical Design work on a range of MEICA schemes ranging in value.
- The work will include detailed design input along with supporting each scheme through the project lifecycle of Construction and to final handover.
- Site visits when required
- Hybrid working – 3 days / week in the office
About you:
- Mechanical Degree or equivalent
- Water industry experienced is preferred or from a transferable sector
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience as a Design Engineer
