Are you a Contract Manager looking for your next challenge in the water industry? At JN Bentley you could be involved in both Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure schemes including:
- Treatment facilities.
- Storm overflow reduction schemes.
- Waste and clean water main replacement.
- Impounding reservoirs and service reservoirs.
Schemes are varied in both size and complexity but typically consists of a high degree of traditional civils with an element of mechanical and electrical works, that range in size from £250k to > £10m plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a variety of projects from concept design to construction completion working alongside design and commercial counterparts.
- Contribute to ingraining our culture of health, safety, and wellbeing to guarantee that everyone returns home in good health.
- Reviewing and approving contract documentation including CMP’s RAMS and Temporary Works.
What would we like from you?
- Experience in the supervision of multiple multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience of project controls and planning and the management and resolution of change controls.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts.
