Key Responsibilities

Lead the Plan for Stage process including development of delivery plans and understand constraints and sequences and look ahead meeting/process to ensure it is robust and consistently applied across all projects.
Production of required project reports including identification of project risks and opportunities.
Resource load plans in collaboration with the lead disciplines to provide programme wide visibility of resource demand.

Collaboration: working closely with project managers, engineers and other team members to gather necessary information to build programmes from scratch, facilitating planning sessions to produce detailed, logical plans.

Reporting: using the plan to communicate key project milestones and supporting the team in effective on-time delivery whilst identifying opportunities for programme improvement form the pillars of this exciting opportunity to work on an array of schemes.
