Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Your new role
This role is a great opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor looking to make the next step in their career with a company that will provide full training and support in the industry.
In short you will:
- Analyse Data and create reports
- Process and monitoring of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
- Assist with Final accounts and targets
- Manage Subcontract applications and invoices
- Assist in dispute resolution and collaborative working with clients
- Assist the commercial team with monthly applications and payments
- Estimate and cost projects for the client.
About you
Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.
Furthermore, you should have:
- Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification or working towards, (experience and time served rather than formal qualifications will be considered)
- Some knowledge on NEC 4
- Previous experience in similar role
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Commercial Management works on site
- Strong IT skills
- Effective communication skills
