In the role of Site Agent, you’ll be integral to JN Bentley’s successful delivery of regional civils team on both Wastewater and Non-Infrastructure projects. Wearing every hat and setting the right culture on a variation of schemes ranging in value from c.£2-5m, that includes working on treatment facilities, storm water storage, process treatment units, ground and surface water production assets, power resilience schemes and service reservoirs.

A versatile workload you’ll never tire of with a Tier 1 contractor on Thames Water’s 5-year AMP8 capital works programme – the UK’s largest water and wastewater services provider.

Your day to day will include

• The opportunity to liaise with our in-house designers to solve problems.
• Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&s reporting.
• At JN Bentley you’ll kick off the day, and set the tone for the team with the starter shift.
• Develop a right first time and safe site culture, by contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

What would we like from you

• Relevant qualification (SMSTS / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).
• Good knowledge of temporary works.
• Civil Engineering background.
