With various workstreams available and AMP 8 set to enhance our regional growth, you’ll have a multitude of projects to experience, including:

Treatment facilities
MEICA & Civils
Storm overflow reduction schemes
Waste and clean water main replacement
Impounding reservoirs and service reservoirs

Schemes are varied in both size and complexity but typically consists of a high degree of traditional civils with an element of mechanical and electrical works, that range in size from £250k to > £10m plus. You may be new to the water sector, but that’s no cause for concern as you’ll benefit from tremendous peer support and training; accompanying our new starters across the business in our Site Agent Academy that’ll help kickstart your JN Bentley career!

Your day to day will include

The opportunity to liaise with our inhouse designers to solve problems
Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&s reporting
At JN Bentley you’ll kick off the day, and set the tone for the team with the starter shift
Develop a right first time and safe site culture, by contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers

Relevant qualification (SMSTS / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
