You should be able to have an understanding and hands on experience with activity planning. Good communication skills, and the self-assurance to ask for help are necessary for this role. This would be a great opportunity for someone wishing to begin a career in the construction business as it would lead to prospects as a Senior Engineer or as a Site Manager.

As a Site Engineer you will:

Consult with Design teams to solve problems – at MMB you’re not just identifying problems, you’re part of the solution
Be an integral member of the site management team – alongside setting out, you’re involved in weekly progress reports, monthly planning, site logistics, and client liaison
Oversee quality control and the implementation of the company’s health and safety policy on site
