Project Description / Main Operations

This project was carried out in partnership with E.T.M. for Yorkshire Water. The contract included the sinking and construction of a 15.00m diameter shaft to a depth of approx. 25m, giving over 3,500m³ – 3.5 million litres – of storage capacity for storm water.

Scope and method:

  • Sinking and construction of a 15.00m diameter shaft, 25m deep.
  • Provision of over 3,500m³ of storm water storage capacity.
